Are you a sharp, curious graduate eager to make a difference in real businesses — not just fetch coffee or do busywork?

We’re offering two exciting internship opportunities as part of our Business Growth Internship Program, supporting four high-impact ventures founded by a leading international lawyer and entrepreneur:

Zambarau Gem House – A luxury gemstone and jewelry brand made in Tanzania
Shikana Investment and Advisory – A leading legal and investment advisory firm in Tanzania
Know My Legal (KML) – A legal tech platform empowering entrepreneurs across Africa

This is a hands-on, 3-month internship where you will contribute directly to launching products, building growth strategies, and supporting operational excellence. High performers may be extended for an additional 3 months or considered for full-time roles within one of the businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing


Business Support
– Assist in executing growth strategies and project plans across brands
– Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and weekly project updates
– Take meeting notes, follow up on tasks, and ensure action points are tracked

Research & Strategy
– Conduct research on competitors, potential partners, and market trends
– Prepare briefs, summaries, and decks to support key decisions

Lead Generation & Outreach
– Assist in identifying leads, drafting outreach messages, and maintaining CRM databases
– Monitor platforms (LinkedIn, email, social media) for strategic partnership opportunities

Campaign Execution
– Help organize campaigns, launches, and special projects — from email sequences to outreach events

Founder Shadowing (Selective)
– Support with ad hoc tasks directly from the Founder, gaining rare insight into how businesses are built and scaled

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You:


– Are a recent graduate  in business, entrepreneurship, economics or similar field with minimum upper second class or first class degree.
– Are ambitious, fast-learning, and solutions-oriented — you don’t wait to be told what to do
– Love research, writing, and organizing ideas into clear action
– Can work independently, manage your time, and meet deadlines
– Are passionate about African markets, entrepreneurship, legal innovation, or ethical fashion

-Are fluent in English and Kiswahili

Bonus If You:


– Have participated in a startup, business competition, or student-led venture
– Have used tools like Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, Airtable, or CRM systems
– Are considering a career in business development, strategy, or entrepreneurship

-Are fluent in a third language (French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese)
